Services Provided

Monkey Rock Pools provides residential and commercial pool services including, but not limited to:

  • Pool cleaning and routine maintenance

  • Equipment installation and repair

  • Water testing and chemical balancing

  • Stain treatment and surface care

  • Related pool service work

Services are performed according to industry standards and based on the condition of the pool at the time of service.

Service Access & Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool and equipment

  • Ensure pets are secured during service visits

  • Maintain a safe working environment

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed issues.

Scheduling & Service Changes

  • Service schedules may vary due to weather, equipment availability, or unforeseen conditions

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services when necessary

  • Customers should notify us in advance of cancellations or schedule changes

Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is based on service type, pool condition, and agreed scope of work

  • Invoices are due according to the terms stated on the invoice

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in suspended service

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice if service requirements materially change.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we strive for excellent results, pool conditions vary, and we do not guarantee:

  • Elimination of all stains or algae

  • Specific chemical readings at all times

  • Results impacted by weather, bather load, aging equipment, or pre-existing damage

Equipment & Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for:

  • Failure of aging or defective equipment

  • Undisclosed leaks, electrical issues, or plumbing problems

  • Damage caused by prior neglect, improper installation, or structural defects

We will notify customers when issues are observed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Monkey Rock Pools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications, including:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Service notifications

  • Billing or account messages
